WHAT IS A PRIVACY POLICY?
A privacy policy essentially details the organisation's policy regarding data collection and usage. As we are tutors, we will keep this short and simple for easier understanding.

WHAT SORT OF DATA IS BEING COLLECTED?
Apart from the data provided in your public Facebook profile, we also collect your email and mobile number to facilitate communication via WhatsApp. The illuMynate system (both the website and mobile app) also records usage details, such as login times and the resources being accessed.
HOW ARE WE USING THESE DATA?
Your contact information will be used to reach you if necessary (for example, to provide feedback on quizzes). The rest of the data collected automatically by the system is purely for statistical purposes, helping us better understand our students. For example, through data analysis, we've noticed that our students become more active on the system about a month before examinations. ;-)
This allows us to improve the overall learning experience
WILL THESE BE SHARED WITH ANY 3RD PARTIES?
You personal data will be kept in strict confidence – we will not share your data with any third parties. After all, we dislike it as much as you do when our personal data is misused.
