Cancellations
1. OUR POLICY
illuMynate is a product of Codenection Sdn. Bhd. – a company incorporated under the laws of Malaysia bearing registration number 677588-U
We do not bill our customers on a recurring basis.
Cancellations may be done by getting in touch with us via WhatsApp or email.
2. CANCELLATIONS MADE WITHIN 3 DAYS
For purchase of our courses, cancellations made within 3 days from the date of purchase will receive a 100% refund on the course fees (excluding shipping charges, if any). Course materials should be returned to us in its original condition. The buyer shall be responsible for return shipping charges.
3. CANCELLATIONS MADE WITHIN 30 DAYS
For cancellations made within 4 to 30 days from the date of purchase, we are unable to issue a refund. If you choose to cancel your course during this period, we will offer you a credit to your account which is valid up to 90 days. You may use these credits towards any future purchases.
4. CANCELLATIONS MADE BEYOND 30 DAYS
For cancellations exceeding 30 days from the date of purchase, we will not offer any refunds or credits on cancellations.
5. OTHER TERMS
We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. In the event that any changes are made, the revised terms and conditions shall be posted on this website immediately. Please check the latest information posted herein to inform yourself of any changes.
